Shamar's ultimate goal is to complete medical school & become a surgeon. He is currently enrolled in school & is working toward a degree in Biology but requires a laptop for his coursework. This awesome computer will help him complete his school work and complete his holiday season!
Shamar is 22 years old and lives in NJ
Shamar is a vibrant young adult who entered a Transitional Living Program due to being at risk of homelessness after being placed outside of the home as a youth. Shamar is the quintessential 'glass half full' personality & has never let his circumstances or setbacks slow him down. He brings joy to everyone around him & is known for his effortless ability to make others laugh. Shamar's motivation for self-improvement is one of the personal qualities that distinguishes himself from his peers, in addition to his selflessness & kindness toward all he meets. Shamar is working toward completing his goals of saving money from his 2 jobs, while attending community college & transitioning to an apartment of his own.
