A Fishing License for Gudiel who wants to go fishing for the first time

Gudiel is moving into a brand new foster home this week, and his foster parents have already planned a camping trip to take him on in a few weeks! His foster parents plan to gift Gudiel with a fishing rod for Christmas so he can go fishing with them during the trip. This will be Gudiel's first time ever going fishing. It will be a great bonding experience with his new foster family and he will have great memories for years to come.
Gudiel is 20 years old and lives in AZ
Gudiel is from Central America. He has been participating in martial arts for almost a year and only missed his class for a couple of times. This was because he rides his bicycle for almost 45 minutes to get to his class and it was cold so he decided to skip the class. Gudiel likes to cook and he does it without a recipe. He also likes to go for runs when the weather permits.
