Jose is in need of new clothes and shoes. He has lost a lot of items since he has moved around a lot. For Christmas he just wants to replace a lot of things he has lost. A gift card so he can pick out some new sneakers would be awesome! He would be very appreciative this Christmas to get new shoes.
Jose is 15 years old and lives in TX
Jose's favorite color is red. He loves animals and once had a bird as a pet. Jose is incredibly creative and loves to paint and draw. Jose is also an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM.) He came to the United States when he was 11 and spent some months in a detention facility before being moved to a foster group home in California. He hails from Guatemala and although painfully shy has learned some English. Recently Jose’s legal status changed, and he had to move to Texas. He is very sad to have left everything behind again.
