Jayden spends his time between his grandmother’s home and an intensive counseling facility where he stays 4 nights a week. During his downtime from school and counseling, he loves to play outside. He also enjoys outside games He would love to get a Croque set and Horse Shoe set for Christmas Having multiplayer outdoor games which can used by multiple children will help him stay connected with his peers both at home and at the counseling facility.
Jayden is 17 years old and lives in GA
Jayden is a wonderful young man who has been through a lot in his short life. He was separated from his family from the age of 4 to 9 and lost his mother at the age of 11. Last week he lost his “Big Pa”, who is the closest man that he had in his life. Jayden has the most amazing heart, and he is always thinking of others even before himself. Even though his life has been so difficult, he has maintained a loving and giving heart.
