Shawn wishes for a new pair of Navy pants to wear to school because he is growing out of everything. Due to his medication he is having a hard time with weight gain. He has been upset about this and about his clothes not fitting. Due to a leg injury the doctor has written him out of PE and exercise which has made him even more frustrated. New pants will help him feel better about how he looks and feels.
Shawn is 18 years old and lives in NC
Shawn is a wonderful young man who, despite struggling with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect, has a bright and caring spirit. With many special needs, he requires a high level of care and attention, but he thrives when he is part of a loving family. Shawn enjoys working on fixing things and finding satisfaction in hands-on activities. He has a fondness for Chick-fil-A and loves listening to music in his downtime. Driven by his passion for helping others, Shawn aspires to become a teacher someday, eager to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
