Jay just got a Nintendo Switch for Christmas and is in need of games to play on the console. Jay is an avid gamer and is asking for the new Animal Crossing game for his birthday. All of Jay's friends play video games too, and it helps him relate to his peers.
Jay is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Jelani, or Jay, is currently living in a foster home and is not able to live with his biological siblings. Jelani has been working very hard with his service providers to be able to manage his emotions. Jelani regularly contacts his biological family and thinks about them. Jelani loves to read and aspires to become a journalist when he grows up. Jelani has many friends in school, is a member of the choir, and takes on leadership roles whenever possible.
