Jemma's work day is typically around 12 hours. Throughout the week, she is tired from working and has gotten into the habit of meal prepping. She enjoys meal prepping because she only has to reheat the meals and can also eat healthier meals this way. Jemma has requested a skillet because her space is so tiny when cooking. Having this griddle would allow her to meal prep more quickly so that she can relax on the weekends.

Yet, Jemma has shown resilience and a determined work ethic. She continuously amazes those around her and recently won an award for her perseverance.
