A Fun Outing for Josia to have fun during spring break

Spring break is approaching, and Josia would love to spend time with friends at a restaurant where he can eat some of his favorite foods and have a great time. This wish will allow him to go to Wing Stop and get chicken wings, a giant Dr. Pepper, and as many french fires as he can handle. He will be so excited to have a sense of normalcy this spring break and do things with his friends he typically can't.
Josia is 18 years old and lives in TX
Josia is a high school student and athlete. He is currently excelling at his new High school and planning to attend college. He is extremely polite and helpful to his caregivers who have become his forever family. He hopes to be a lawyer or own his own childcare business in the future. He has had a host of health issues and traumatic experiences in his short life and channels all of that into positivity.
