Cooper has been in and out of DHS custody since she was 7 years old. She is resilient, compassionate, and kind. Cooper has had her own struggles with substance use and is currently working on her sobriety, she is on track to graduate from GJHS this May and has a two-year-old son, who she spends as much time as she can. Cooper has set goals of college and independent living- she will transition to a more independent living setting in a few weeks as she will turn 18 years old. Cooper is a huge support to her brother. She is currently involved in transitional coaching and really enjoys kickboxing and working out at the gym.
