Phone Service for Sage to find employment and support her mental health needs

Sage submitted a wish for a phone to find work and keep in contact with her mental health support team. She is requesting a phone card that will allow her to have service for 3 months to be able to secure a job easier. She currently does not have the funds to get the service for the phone and would love help in doing so in order to start finding work. This will help her stay in contact with the people who are important to her which will help her keep her depression in check. She is learning how to schedule her own appointments and she has found it difficult to do so without service.
Sage is 19 years old and lives in CO
Sage is a fun-loving teenager who currently lives with her older sister. She enjoys attending school and seeing her friends when she can. Sage is a huge fan of anime and loves attending comic con when she is able to. Living in a smaller town she has been able to make some amazing friends and has a smile on her face wherever she goes. Her dream is to go to voice acting school in Japan and become an artist. Sage is always happy, smiling, and trying to make others feel loved and special.
