Due to the instability of foster care and moving a lot, Rita is behind academically. Rita has repeated two previous grades. She is stable in her current foster home with her sister and foster mom is hopeful these tutoring services with assist with Rita's academic progress and reach her current grade level.

Rita is a loving and caring young girl. She has spent a lot of time caring for her younger siblings and is very protective. Rita is smart, determined, and silly.
