Kylee has a phone but unfortunately, it was an old hand-me-down and it no longer holds a charge and shuts off after only a few minutes. Having a working phone would mean the world to Kylee so that she can stay connected with friends and stay safe while she walks to/from work.
Kylee is 18 years old and lives in MO
Kylee is a wonderful young woman who is completing her schooling. She has a kind heart. Kylee is still in foster care and is awaiting her mother's release from incarceration.
