Carla loves surprises and will be so excited to see a giant box of Easter treats waiting for her that morning. She will be so excited to get to enjoy all of her favorite snacks.
Carla is 18 years old and lives in NC
Carla loves dancing, dressing up, and singing in her room. Her favorite colors are green and purple. Carla is an excellent student and loves helping with younger children. She is still adjusting to foster care; but is feeling relieved to be safe.
