Rosie loves to be read to and enjoys playing quiet games with her mom. Although she has some developmental delays and participates in various therapies, she always maintains a positive attitude, even when the work becomes challenging. Rosie is truly a joy to be around.
Rosie is such a sweet girl and will love being celebrated on her birthday. This splash pad will be a perfect birthday gift since she can enjoy the summer while cooling off and having fun!
