Michael would love his own Xbox. He has been in the system for 11 years and never gave up on his forever home. He is getting ready to turn 18 this fall and would love to have an Xbox. Playing video games has helped to improve his intellectual disability as he is able to regulate moods and behaviors.
Michael is 19 years old and lives in CA
Michael has been in foster care since 2012 when he was separated from his older sister and primarily grow up in group homes. Michael is approaching his 18th birthday and has started to dream of a successful future since he has found happiness with his placement that is to be his forever home. Michael experiences intellectual disability however he has been able to thrive with all aspects of life and in school that he will be graduating and moving into college. Michael loves video games, Pokemon cards, and wants to work and drive a car. Michael is loving, well mannered, and helpful.
