A Surprise Birthday Present for Nevaeh's upcoming 16th birthday

Nevaeh has an upcoming birthday and requested a bike for her big day! Nevaeh has never ridden a bike, but the staff at the residential treatment facility said they are willing to help and train her to become an expert. Her father also said he can't wait to see the look on Nevaeh's face when he surprises her!
Neveah is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Neveah has been living in a Residential Treatment Facility for a few years. She does not have contact with her biological mother. Her biological father tries to visit as much as he can. Neveah is a bright and inquisitive young lady. She has made plenty of friends in the school she attends and tends to be a social butterfly. She really does shine a bright light and gets along with everyone.
