Shawn wishes for a surf cart because his big fishing trip is planned for this summer. He loves fishing and this reward for making honor roll keeps him motivated for school. This will assist him with his gear and make his haul a lot easier with his disabilities.

Shawn is a wonderful young man who, despite struggling with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect, has a bright and caring spirit. With many special needs, he requires a high level of care and attention, but he thrives when he is part of a loving family. Shawn enjoys working on fixing things and finding satisfaction in hands-on activities. He has a fondness for Chick-fil-A and loves listening to music in his downtime. Driven by his passion for helping others, Shawn aspires to become a teacher someday, eager to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
