PA DHS - Lebanon CountyMark is an active one year old that likes to crawl and also likes to small. He likes going on trips with his foster family. Mark enjoys being around people and has a swing in his house that he likes to use.
Mark loves listening to music on his mp3 player. He needs a new charger so he can continue to use it since his went missing. He is really upset that he can't listen to his favorite songs and would love to have this replaced.
