A tablet for Shawn because he just had leg surgery and his tablet broke

Posted May 25, 2023
Shawn wishes for a new tablet because he just had leg surgery to repair some veins and will be out of commission for a while. His current table accidentally broke and he really loved watching tv on it. This will help Shawn recover and bring him a little comfort the next few weeks as he has to sit around and get better. He’s pretty bummed out over this surgery and is so tired of doctors and surgeries. This fellow has paid the price of abuse and neglect over the years and just needs a little cheering up.

Shawn is 18 years old and lives in NC

Shawn is a wonderful young man who, despite struggling with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect, has a bright and caring spirit. With many special needs, he requires a high level of care and attention, but he thrives when he is part of a loving family. Shawn enjoys working on fixing things and finding satisfaction in hands-on activities. He has a fondness for Chick-fil-A and loves listening to music in his downtime. Driven by his passion for helping others, Shawn aspires to become a teacher someday, eager to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
