Donye' has sought refuge in Ocean's Harbor House on several occasions. During one stay, he was able to establish contact with his biological mother through social media. While he was interested in living with her, it wasn't a feasible long-term solution. More recently, he found himself unwelcome in his adoptive family's home, leading to a period of homelessness where he resorted to couch surfing and sleeping in abandoned vehicles. Despite these challenges, Donye' has maintained his compassionate nature and deeply cares for both his biological and adoptive families. His resilience and perseverance have been remarkable throughout his struggles. Donye' has a unique perspective on the world and is dedicated to uplifting and inspiring others. He is kind-hearted and empathetic towards individuals facing similar situations, as well as homeless animals. On the weekends, he volunteers at an animal shelter. Additionally, Donye' is a talented musician, writing his own lyrics and developing beats in the bathroom for optimal acoustics. He aspires to pursue a career in music while also working with animals as a Vet Tech, with the ultimate goal of becoming a veterinarian. Despite the challenges he has encountered, Donye' remains hopeful and optimistic about his future.
