Jazmine wishes for a pair of roller skates because she wants to spend her summer on wheels. She has really been thinking about some of the things she has missed in her life like riding a bike and roller skating. This has caused her to determine how to do some of these things this summer. This will encourage her to learn how and have a blast.
Jazmine is 13 years old and lives in NC
Jazmine came back into foster care from a displaced adoption. She loves arts and crafts, animals, and her favorite color is teal. She has been fortunate to be reunited and placed with her biological brother.
