Jake came into care very recently and his family is working to get him adjusted to all of the changes. He is on the autism spectrum and primarily non-verbal. He has recently started saying a few words and his speech therapist is hopeful his speech will be emerging. Jake loves his stuffed animals. When he is outside, he loves to swing and run around the yard. He is learning how to do basic things for himself such as dressing himself and feeding himself.
