A mattress to fix Jose's back pain

Jose is currently sleeping on a futon and has been having very bad back pain. He would like a full-size mattress that is comfortable. A new mattress should help him be able to sleep throughout the whole night.
Jose is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Jose just recently migrated from Honduras to the United States. Although he is alone in the country, he continues to look at life in a positive way and works hard to achieve his goals. Jose is currently attending high school to obtain his degree and is actively trying to find employment with little success due to scheduling difficulties. Jose is trying to create a foundation for a successful future for himself.
