Jacob has gained weight since his medication was changed. He has grown a lot lately as well and is a foot taller! With the warmer weather, Jacob would love to have some shorts and tanks to keep cool. He would love to go pick out some new clothes and show off the bright colors that he loves so much.
Jacob is 8 years old and lives in VA
Jacob is an amazing young man living in a foster home with his younger brother. He is very protective of his younger brother and loves math and numbers. He does very well in school and wants to play basketball and learn how to swim. Jacob is very curious and loves to take things apart to see how they work, but he does not always put them back together. Jacob is very loving and wants to be home with his family.
