An Oculus for Cory so he can escape to other realities

Cory's birthday is coming up in August and he would love an Oculus. Cory loved being able to escape to other realities while living with his foster brothers. A few of his friends have an oculus as well as his foster brother and thought having one of his own would be great so he can continue to interact with them. The system would allow him to escape for a while after having to deal with all of life's struggles being a young adult.
Cory is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Cory recently graduated and has decided to sign up for Division services. Cory, before signing on for services, was in a foster home due to his father not being able to care for him. He has been able to push through his struggles of being homeless and battling his father's mental health as well as substance issues to complete his education and have the will to break the family cycle.
