Irene works day in and day out to ensure foster youth have a better life. Having business attire would help her show up more presentable to her meetings especially when she advocates for youth in court. She could use a few new professional shirts to look her best. She will feel more confident too!
Irene E. is 38 years old and lives in CA
Having grown up in foster care, Irene chose to use her experience and talents to give back to foster youth. Irene is currently advocating for bills to be passed to change the California foster system. With her advocacy, Bill AB1512 was passed which allows survivor benefits to pass to foster youth instead of being taken unethically by counties. In addition, Irene creates wellness and gratitude journals that help foster youth with their personal development. She is working on creating a digital wellness course that helps foster youth learn how to journal.
