Despite many adverse experiences, Jaylene is off to college in July. She is part of the EOF program at FDU and would love a place to store her cold food items. It would help greatly as she has little money to spend on essential items.
Jaylene is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Jaylene is an incredibly bright and resilient young woman who has faced numerous challenges throughout her life. Sadly, she lost her mother at a very young age and was placed in the foster care system before even finishing elementary school. However, Jaylene has persevered and is now on the verge of transitioning out of foster care and into independent adulthood. She is eagerly looking forward to starting college in the fall.
