Gabriel's birthday is coming up and he is a huge halloween fan. He has found some halloween costumes he wants to wear this year but it is pricey for him to afford. This would help make his birthday and halloween special.

Gabriel is a shy young man, but very kind and respectful. He recently came into foster care and is separated from his older and younger siblings. He keeps in contact with them through video games and scheduled visits. Gabriel is adjusting to foster care and is in a loving home.
