Addie and Aurora are twins who were born 9 weeks prematurely and overcame many medical challenges in their first few years of life. As a result of their early trauma, they still struggle with a lot of anxiety and are very attached to their caregiver, making the nighttime separation especially difficult. Recently, they have decided they would like to try having their own bunk beds. Addie wants to sleep on the top bunk, and Aurora wants to sleep on the bottom bunk. This will be a big step for them to have their own beds, but they have been making so much progress lately and growing up so much, that this would be such a big step towards their independence. Due to their continued special needs, this low-profile bunkbed with steps will be safer and easier for them to use. This bunk bed set will be a huge piece of helping the girls grow and thrive.
