She can't afford this initial fee as a college student and an up-and-coming trainer. But if this temporary barrier can be overcome, her work as a personal trainer can help her to sustain ongoing gym space rental and contribute to the physical health of both Kay and her clients.

Kay's personality reflects one of her favorite colors: yellow. Yellow is the color of happiness, optimism, creativity and enlightenment. As a former foster youth and current college student, Kay helps mentor other youth in learning how to cook, budget and prepare to successfully navigate college.
