Michelle’s psychologist has encouraged her to dive deep into her writings to be able to get out a lot of feelings she’s been bottling up through her young life. A considerable amount of Michelle’s poetry really shines a light on how she’s been able to turn her sadness into happiness, but she’s struggling with letting go of past anger. The Wreck-It Journal set is a creative and fun twist to enable her to channel her anger into, like the name says, wrecking a journal.
