Amy is currently staying in a shelter for teens and she mentioned that she would love to have a more comfortable comforter. She is excited to go to Target and pick one out, but she doesn't have access to a phone or computer to browse online. So, she is planning to visit the store in person to choose her favorite comforter.
Amy is 16 years old and lives in NC
Amy is a wonderful young girl who has been through a lot over the past year. She has been at several placements; for some time, she ran away and was placed on the national missing child list. She is now at a shelter for teens and is doing well. Many of her clothes and framed baby pictures were lost because of all the moves. Amy is looking forward to starting school in the fall and has enjoyed reading and watching TV with the other children in the youth shelter. She is shy but has enjoyed getting to know other kids her age.
