It’s been a while since Evan has new shoes and he wants to look great as he heads back to school. He wishes to pick a new pair out that he will enjoy wear to keep him comfortable. This will give him a fresh clean look.
Evan is 18 years old and lives in NC
Evan is in a long-term foster placement and would like to stay there until he ages out. He enjoys being busy with his hands and expressing his creativity. Evan loves spending time with positive male role models and engaging in activities that are considered guy stuff. He has a passion for cars, trucks, and anything that moves.
