Transportation support for Audriana whose car was vandalized

Audriana's car was vandalized this summer in her apartment parking lot and is not driveable. Her insurance does not cover enough to get it running again, and the police investigation is going slowly so she's not eligible for victims assistance yet. She needs support for getting to/from work and getting her kids to daycare while she is dealing with all that and trying to save for a different vehicle! As a single mom, Audriana doesn't have a lot of financial flexibility and does not want this transportation issue to throw off all she has set up for herself (work and going to college this fall) and her kids (subsidized daycare). She also wants to be able to continue dedicating time as a leader for foster care systems change advocacy!

Audriana is a mother, a leader, and a kindhearted person. She's proud of her kids and how resilient she is after all the challenges within the foster care system. Audriana has big goals--she wants to help other youth as much as possible so they have a voice and people to speak up for them when they can't for themselves. She is in the process of returning to school for social work and business management and wants to run her supportive living housing for youth in the future. Audriana believes the things she went through and survived in foster care prepared her for a leadership role. She knows she can make a difference.
