Jacob had a great summer, and now he is super excited about starting 2nd grade. Jacob loves to play baseball and video games. Jacob has outgrown most of his clothing and shoes over the summer. Jacob has had to overcome several obstacles because of a medical condition, but he never has allowed his condition to stop him from having fun. A new pair of shoes for school would be a great gift for Jacob.
Jacob is 8 years old and lives in VA
Jacob is an amazing young man living in a foster home with his younger brother. He is very protective of his younger brother and loves math and numbers. He does very well in school and wants to play basketball and learn how to swim. Jacob is very curious and loves to take things apart to see how they work, but he does not always put them back together. Jacob is very loving and wants to be home with his family.
