Makenzie loves listening to music while she does anything, doing homework, taking walks, and cooking. When she left her group home, a peer stole her wireless headphones. When Makenzie was asked what she wanted for her birthday in September, she said a new pair of AirPods so she did not have to bother others with listening to her music out loud. This wish would make her birthday!
Makenzie is 18 years old and lives in VA
Makenzie is a smart, motivated young girl who is currently living in a foster home without her little brother. Makenzie consistently makes the honor roll, regardless of her situation. Makenzie’s dream is to go to college and become a nurse. She is able to make everyone in a room laugh.
