Mikey is very creative and loves animals wildlife preservation. With two younger sisters, he often has to share things, and a new camera of his own would allow his own unique perspective to shine. He enjoys a variety of activities and would be able to share his creativity through photography with friends and family. A new camera will also allow him to record his surfing and baseball practice to help him improve.
Mikey is 12 years old and lives in CA
Mikey is transitioning with courage from living in a loving foster home to his forever home. Mikey’s joy, resilience, & loving spirit have helped him and his families build a bridge to navigate this period. He continues to create bridges of love, especially with those who are part of Urban Surf 4 Kids, at his school, and with his adoptive sister’s birth family. Mikey has had his fair share of challenges, including missing his biological mother and siblings. He stays positive by focusing his energy on his interests, including nature, wildlife, surfing, STEAM activities, & baseball. Mikey’s light shines brightly on many, and he often expresses gratitude for those who continue to help him shine.
