This might be Julie’s 10th birthday, but it is her first birthday party, and she wants to go all out! She’s decided that she still wants a Halloween-themed party but one that’s just for her. She loves the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas, so she can’t wait to decorate the whole building for it. She adores these wall hangings of all her favorite characters!
