You can’t have a Halloween birthday party without having enough candy to make everyone feel sick! Julie envisions her party with bowls of candy on every table and in every goodie bag. That way, everyone can eat their fill. She says she wants everyone to leave with more candy from her birthday than they will have on Halloween itself!
