This wish will bring her so much joy, as this sweet girl has lost so much in her life. These shoes will boost her confidence and ensure that she walks in with her head held high!
Heaven is 12 years old and lives in WV
Heaven has been in several foster care placements. With all the changes in her young life Heaven has a great sense of humor, always willing to help others and an outgoing young girl.
