A bike for Michael to get to and from his college campus

Michael worked extremely hard to graduate and was so excited to receive his college acceptance letter. He is studying engineering and is in the ROTC, with plans on joining the Army upon graduating from college. Michael was set to live on campus in a dorm, but because of overcrowding, the college has placed Michael in a hotel for the semester. Michael is in need of a bike to ride back and forth to school until he can get his room on campus next semester. Michael works part-time and is saving money, in the hopes he can get a bike if his wish isn't granted.
Michael is 19 years old and lives in VA
Michael is in college and aspires to join the US Army following graduation. Michael is currently involved in the US Army ROTC program. He has not allowed his placement in foster care to take his goal away joining the Military and kept himself on track for graduation from high school. Michael loves sports and is playing on the college freshman football team. He works part-time and has been saving his money to purchase a car. Michael maintains a positive attitude and has set goals for himself and his future.
