Oscar is a determined and active young man who enjoys playing baseball and basketball at his school. He puts in a lot of effort to maintain good grades just so he can continue playing sports. In his free time, he likes to exercise and is a big fan of dogs. Unfortunately, he will eventually age out of the system.

Oscar is turning 18 very soon. While he will age out of foster care, he is going to stay in a program that will allow him to stay in his current placement so he can finish his senior year. When asked what he’d like for his birthday, he said he wanted to go shopping and pick out his own items! Shopping is the best way that Oscar can see celebrating his 18th birthday.
