Oaks Integrated CareJordan lives with one of his siblings and is separated from his other three. His older brother is trying to gain custody of them when he is of age. Jordan loves to play soccer and is very competitive. His favorite subject is gym and he thrives on making other's laugh.
Jordan could use new supplies for his upcoming school year. High School has brought a lot of changes, and his teachers have requested new tools for their classroom. Binders and pens have become more than the teachers can give out.
