Courtny has always wanted to have stability for her children since she didn't have that when she was growing up. She is determined to make this housing situation work now that they have a roof over their heads. She knows the refrigerator is on its last leg and would like to get a new one before it completely shuts down. She doesn't need anything huge, just something that will work until she can secure a larger one. This will help her purchase what she needs in order to get by.
Courtny is 23 years old and lives in OH
Courtny has had a lot of struggles in her life. After being in and out of foster care as a child, she became pregnant as a teenager and was placed in a home with her young children. Unfortunately, when she left foster care, she experienced homelessness and was in and out of housing for a while. She was able to get housing and is with her kids. She is feeling more settled than she ever has before, but she knows she still has an upward battle to make sure their needs are met. She is a good mom who wants to do the best she can to have her children have different childhood experiences than she had.
