A cool bunk bed so Major could have a bed for his sister when she visits

Major and his older sister were separated when they were removed from his mom. He went to live with his paternal grandmother, and his sister was sent to live with her maternal grandmother. The grandmothers work together to keep the siblings connected, and his sister comes to visit every other weekend. There is only one bed, so when she visits, Major sleeps on the couch, and his sister gets his bed. He would love to have bunk beds so they can share a room when she is there but yet have their own bed to sleep in. He would make the bottom bunk a cool reading area when his sister isn't visiting.
Major is 6 years old and lives in FL
Major is a very active little boy who needs to be kept busy. He does Jiu-Jitsu every day. He really enjoyed playing soccer. He and is excited to try out baseball next. Major loves to fish, ride his bike, play with his Hot Wheels cars, tinker around on his tablet, and read!

"Hi Friend, Today we received my grandson Major's "One Simple Wish." The word simple just doesn't suffice, because there is nothing simple about the impact of this gift. Of course the idea of a bunk bed....with a slide is fun to a 5 year old, but the fact that Major can now have his sister sleepover and they can share a room, will give them more time to spend together to continue building that sibling bond that he desperately misses. When his sister isn't visiting, Major is excited to utilize the bottom area as a cool, quiet reading space.......which as of this afternoon now offers privacy curtains thanks to a tension rod, a sheet and some hooks.
