Julie cannot wait to celebrate her birthday. She talks about it non-stop because it’s the first real birthday party she’s ever had. She wants to go all out and make the entire building look like you walked into The Nightmare Before Christmas movie, her favorite movie. It’s also super fitting with her Halloween-inspired birthday party. She’s asking for a large Jack Skellington ‘Trick or Treat’ banner to put up in the windows so that not only does it look super cool on the outside but it will help dim the light coming in so she can do some cool black light decorations on the dance floor portion of the room! She is beyond excited!
