Kiara moves to her new placement and is hopeful that this may become a permanent home for her. She was told that she could bring a few items to decorate her new room and make it feel cozy. She would really like a pink fluffy rug to brighten up the room.

Kiara is a spunky and positive young lady. She loves to dance and act. She entered the foster care system at two years old. She hopes to find her forever family soon. Kiara remains hopeful that she will find a permanent place to live.
