Anthony was recently removed from his parents' care and placed with a relative. His grandmother needs assistance with some diapers to get her through to her first reimbursement as he was placed with nothing and it has been financially hard on her to take in her three grandchildren.

Anthony is a smiley and happy little guy. He loves to be held, sang to, and to look out the window! Anthony is very ticklish and can be heard laughing a lot throughout the day!
