Carter is a middle schooler who loves to learn and listen to music. His teacher assigned him some videos to watch, and to make sure he could hear everything clearly, she recommended he use over-the-ear headphones. But that's not all! Carter can also use his headphones to listen to music whenever he needs to relax and calm down.

Carter came into care with his mother at the age of 1 year old. Unfortunately, when she turned 18 years old, she decided to leave him in his foster placement and move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy. He loves to laugh and make others laugh as well. He likes to watch sports on tv, especially football. His favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy and leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
