Another amazingly generous supporter is underwriting the cost of all of the longest-waiting wishes, so this wish is just $25 – today only! *** Ava is an amazing softball player trying out pitching for the first time this year. A good quality pitching glove would be really helpful for her to continue learning and feeling confident on the mound. Her current glove is just a regular one and not designed for pitching. She will be thrilled to get this new glove. It will be an amazing addition to her softball gear that she will be able to use it for a long time.
Ava is 13 years old and lives in CA
Ava was removed from mother’s care when she was 18 months due to mom’s drug use and Ava’s drug exposure. She was placed in a foster house and eventually was placed with her mother’s father. After moving to Grandpa’s home, Ava’s health began to decline and she was failing to thrive. Ava was moved to a new home. Ava has lots of medical issues. She found softball a few years ago and loves being a part of a team.
